Service Procedure

Thanks to years' working experience with popular brands, we have the know-how of working through full customization designs, from initial collaboration agreement, to final product output.

Before everything else, we will sign a confidential agreement with the client first, as we fully respect the designs and patents (if any). This is most critical and important for cooperation in the long run.

Next step, our R&D team will interpret the client's design while incorporating with our technical solutions, making sure it will be technically achievable.

After confirming and finalizing the technical design with the client, sample development will commence.

Sample will be shipped to client for review and test. In case there are any modifications required, we will make new sample as per the requirements.

Only after sample has been approved, mass production will begin.
